"Room was nice. Had a decent view of the ocean. Staff at the front desk were very nice and were able to exchange my US currency to local currency and was the least expensive way to do so. Location was very convenient for pick up at Hotel and to go on any tours in the area. restaurant across the street had very good. Pho and was much less expensive than the restaurant at the hotel went to town for all other restaurants. breakfast here was a very nice buffet, though finding gluten-free options was hard to decipher. So I mainly eat fruit and some bacon with rice for breakfast. At my time of stay there was quite a bit of construction going on the beach, so it was very loud and very noisy."

"Amazing little hotel. Staff are so helpful and go the extra mile for you. Loved having the pool right outside my bungalow which enabled me to get some sun and chill whilst my kids were taking their nap. WhatsApp customer service available 24/7. Very reasonably priced food and laundry services and they also do not have an issue with Grab being delivered which some hotels which is helpful as I did eat and drink a lot from the resort but sometimes my children just wanted a McDonald’s. Customer experience on a par with 5 star resorts I have visited in Dubai !!"

"Beautiful and peaceful resort by the river, close enough to catch a grab to the old town! We loved the maintained garden and beautiful marble floors! The pool was a little hot to enjoy at this time of the year but very lovely! We will return in the future. Very happy and friendly stay."

"The property is located in a very peaceful area overlooking a large rice field. It is perfect if you want to be away from the Hoi A crowds. Ratings (out of 5): *Location- 5 (intentionally not close to old town) 10 mins drive in either direction to the beach or old town. *Rooms- 5. Well-appointed with very comfortable bed, bath robes, slippers, toiletries. *Bath-5. Strong water pressure and fast hot water with hand held and rainfall shower heads. *Property-4. There is a side of the property where there is no elevator for the rooms on second and third floors. Some maintenances seems to be deferred. *Pool-4. Water drainage around the pool have plastic grills that are broken in many areas that can cause injuries. There are ample amount of lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. *Breakfast-4. Made to order eggs, buffet style fresh salads and fruit. They can use some additional hot food items. *Service-5. All staff were friendly and eager to help. Overall, we had a great stay and love the property. We will be back for a longer stay next time."

"Absolutely lovely stay. The rooms were spacious, excellent air conditioning. The pool was well looked after and the area is beautiful. A short drive away from the old town so it's nice and quiet. Very relaxing. The staff were so so so nice, they made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay the best!"

"Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". Our host was always available in honoring our requests like fixing the AC issue, laundry and bedding cleaning, new towels, more TP. We were there during TET holiday and our hosts made dinner for their guests which was such a delicious and kind gesture! Also because of this reason, we were met with daily karaoke singing during the day from the coconut boats traveling up and down the nearby rivers. This didn't bother us too too much, except for the lack of variety of songs that were played.The location was great for us. We walked everywhere, easy to get grab rides and delivery, and the homestay had complimentary bicycles to use as you please! There is an outdoor common area which was my favorite place to do work in the early day time, and it had a little outdoor gas burner, plates, and utensils to use which was a beautiful surprise to me. I bought my own cooking ware, spices, cutting gear to use as I got the "itch" to cook every so often during our stay.Be mindful that the fridge in the room does not hold a lot of space. It is mini.We could have liked room cleaning more often and be mindful that the bathroom does not have ventilation. It was a great stay and beautiful welcoming for our first time being in Vietnam!Cảm ơn!(:"
