とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。 午前中は1階のプールでまったり。アフタヌーンティーを頂いてから、送迎バスで旧市街へ。帰りのバスは定員オーバーでしたが、タクシーを手配してもらえました。 部屋は写真の通り可愛いし、朝食は豪華だし、目の前のスーパーも良かったです。近くの市場や個人商店も楽しかったです。 スタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました。また利用したいと思います。

とてもいいホテルです。 部屋の掃除も行き届いており、虫や排水溝の詰まりもありませんでした。スタッフも丁寧で親切な人が多く、滞在中に嫌な思いをすることはありませんでした。 ナンシーと言うスタッフが非常に良くしてくれました。 オールドタウンから少し離れていますが、無料の送迎もあるので便利です。ホテルの前には美味しいフーティウやチキンライスのお店もあります。 ホイアンに来た際は、また泊まりたいと思うホテルです。おすすめします。

Ich schreibe selten Rezessionen, aber ich bin lange nicht mehr von einem Hotelaufenthalt so angetan gewesen. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit im Grand Sunrise. Hier ist der Kunde/Gast noch König. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und durch den vom Hotel angebotenen (gratis) Shuttle zum Strand und in die Altstadt ist auch der ruhiger gelegene Standort eher als positiv zu betrachten. Danke auch an Ame und Kathy, die hier täglich im Umgang mit den Hotelgästen einen ganz tollen Job machen! Wir würden Grand Sunrise jeder Zeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

I am very impressed with everything this hotel has to offer, location is perfect. The staff, especially our sweet Kathy who took care of us like Queens. Breakfast is outstanding, coffee yummy … the rooms are very clean and beds are very cozy! OK … maybe the rooster outside was annoying at first but then he made me giggle. Such is life in this sweet town.

Our stay at the Grand Sunrise Hotel in Hoi An was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is quite new (around two years old) and it truly shows. The property is in excellent condition, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. Some of the best sleep we had during our entire trip. We were warmly welcomed by Amy and Luna, who were both exceptional. They were genuinely kind, attentive, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations, including an excellent tailor in Hoi An and fun activities to do in the area, which made our stay even more special. We stayed for four nights, and breakfast quickly became my husband’s favorite part of the trip. The selection was fantastic, fresh, and delicious every single morning. It was clear a lot of care goes into it. On one of the hottest days, relaxing by the pool was an absolute treat. The staff was always nearby, bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable without ever being intrusive. The level of attentiveness and kindness from the entire team truly stood out. Overall, this hotel made our time in Hoi An unforgettable. Wonderful staff, beautiful and clean facilities, amazing breakfast, and a very relaxing atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

A hotel is just a hotel especially one far away from a fave destination - old town. However, the reception supervisor Lily made a difference to the stay and was the source of customer delight. Keep up the good work! The first inkling I had of the effort put in was the number of hours the staff worked.

If there was a “6-Star” rating, this hotel would be worthy. From the warm welcome upon check-in to the incredibly friendly staff, you feel at home right away. The lobby and dining area are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well-decorated. The food is fabulous, especially the buffet breakfast and the dinner menu offers a wide variety of choices, including vegetarian options. The spa services were enjoyable, especially the steam room and sauna after a long day of walking around town. With special thanks to Luna, Jay and all of the staff, we had an unforgettable experience and hope to visit again in the future.

The staff were amazing. Couldn't do enough to help us. Luna was particularly attentive. We stayed 4 nights, on the last night I got sick and they were very helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned perfectly. Can definitely recommend and we'll be back for sure!

This is one of the best hotels I have even been in, and I travel regularly for work. The rooms are glorious and the bathtub has my heart forever. The breakfast buffet is delicious. There was a great variety of local cuisine and western style dishes. The fresh fruit and selection of teas make for a lovely start to the day. The spa was amazing. My partner and I both got massages and they got a manicure pedicure treatment that was glorious and so well done. I have not moved this well in literal years. The real shine here is the staff. Everyone was lovely and gracious, from the front desk staff to the bell hops, to the bar staff at the pool was so lovely and accommodating. They even brought out a cake and sang for my partners birthday! A deep thank you from us to the whole staff, and most especially my gal Ame, who made our stay a truly magical experience. This was our first time in Vietnam, but it will not be our last. I look forward to returning to see these fantastic folks and enjoying all of the amazing local food. Do yourself a favor and book this place. You will not regret it!

My husband and I recently stayed at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An, and the experience was superb from start to finish. Luna checked us in with incredible patience and warmth, and she continued to take great care of us throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile at breakfast and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of options that catered to guests from all over the world also allowing us to explore Vietnamese cuisine. The entire staff was consistently warm and inviting, contributing to a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was delightful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a round bed. It took a little time to get used to, but we eventually grew to appreciate it and found it comfortable and unique. Overall, a wonderful stay with attentive service and thoughtful touches. The frontdesk Luna is a very sweet and friendly girl. Hotel is clean and food is delicious. I definitely will recommend this hotel to friends.

Great Hotel, lovely friendly and helpful staff, especially Kaytee who looked after us. Nice location which is a short walk or shuttle bus to the centre. Choice of 2 nice pools and a rooftop bar for an afternoon drink to cool down. When I come back to Hoi An I will be staying here again for sure.
