Overall great value. Although it was a little difficult to get into the room the first time, thanks to the detailed video we were able to figure it out. It is in a prime location; close to everything.
The room was pretty clean and the amenities were good. There was no weird smell or anything. The only bad thing was the windows are thin and you can easily hear traffic and talking from outside, so if you are a sensitive sleeper it may be hard to sleep.
The staff was very helpful and always replied quickly on WhatsApp. The mini fridge was broken in our room but a staff came quickly within an hour of me messaging them at 11pm so I was very impressed with that.

I can't imagine there is a better hotel in Kecskemet! Very friendly staff,close to everything! The lobby bar is great but the restaurant "Bistro" is just unbelievable. My complements to the Chef!
