"I wish I could give a better review but I can’t. Check in was fine but the cleanliness and upkeep of the room was very poor. As soon as we went into our room we noticed that it didn’t smell clean. We’d brought our own cleaning supplies so we wiped everything down and sprayed Lysol. The worst was when we noticed dried dog feces in the carpet and called the front desk to get help but we got no sympathy. The staff person informed us we’d have to wait until the next morning to have it cleaned. We then asked if they could at least bring a vacuum down to vacuum and we were told they didn’t have time to do that. We were also told they didn’t have any other rooms to move us to as a big event was in town. We contact Expedia and explained our situation. They helped and we promptly found another, better hotel. I would not recommend this hotel based on lack of upkeep and poor service."

"Just a quick overnight, but everything needed was taken care of. Staff was very pleasant. Especially the lady breakfast overseer."

"The room was not nice at all. We paid extra $$ for the Jacuzzi tub and then after fighting with the plug in the tub for 20 minutes, the water was almost cold. The plug was broken and we just barely got it to stay plugged. Plus the room was literally two rooms that they cut a doorway in and left both doors to the outside but one wasn't even sealed off but the furniture was in the way so it wasn't even usable. The walls had really bad patch jobs all over it and the ceiling was peeling and looked like it had been leaking. There were several places where the ceiling looked like it had been leaking. The paint in the bathroom looked like a child painted it and the couch was burnt orange and looked like it was from the 60s. Very unhappy with our room and we will NOT be staying there again. "

"I asked for a main floor room as I have a hard time traversing stairs. I was given a 2nd floor room and there was no elevator. I arrived early enough that it shouldn't have been an issue. I also booked 2 weeks in advance. The hotel and room was in a sad state of disrepair. Big divots and gouges in the walls, cracked tiles, and advertised a hair dryer would be in the room. The dryer was unplugged and taped to the bracket so it wouldn't be used. The staircase vestibule had several mattresses in it on the upper level. Walked across the vinyl plank flooring 2x and my feet were extremely dirty. It was a pet friendly hotel so I would expect the floors to be a little cleaner than that. Also advertised free complimentary coffee etc. At 6am, no coffee was made and I was told they didn't offer food of any kind anymore. This was not my worst experience in a hotel, but close to it. It seems these smaller hotels by Wyndam are terrible. Honestly don't know how they stay in business. The only good thing I can say was it was quiet."
