「Would not recommend to anyone to stay at this Motel. The staff were not helpful in any way. I booked a room clearly stating it was for 4 Adults, arrived after hours to find my room had 1 King bed, phoned the property manager who told me it was an issue to deal with through Expedia, she had no other rooms available and didn't want to help any further. One adult had to sleep on the floor which had a huge stain on the carpet whilst the three other adults had to sleep in a King bed ( 2 singles...

「The room could be cleaner as I found a dead spider on the wall where I placed my luggage. Also the floor wasn’t spotless and the bathroom could be cleaner. I personally asked for EV charger with the receptionist when I checked in and been told not to worry as I will get the spot however upon returning to the motel later, the spot was occupied by a non EV vehicle. Note that the charger is 2.1kw charger and you don’t need any app to use it.」

「The room was a great size and comfortable. The property is very dated and tired, but it is functionally fine, especially for a short stay. We had a small issue with out room and the staff were EXCELLENT at fixing it immediately for us, despite it being after hours. Cannot fault their handling of the situation. As brand new owners they were very apologetic, however it was out of everyone's control. what was in their control is how they handled it, which was perfect. A credit to the property!」
