"I had such an excellent experience at the Days inn Windham in Temple Texas beautifully cleaned rooms and excellent staff customer service was magnificent I recommend this on a five-star level"

"I really tried to give this hotel multiple chances, but the experience was beyond frustrating. We booked a kitchen suite, but the first room had bugs. After being moved, we lost the amenities we paid for (no kitchen or storage), with no adjustment offered. When I asked about it the next day, I was told it was “too late” because of a 24-hour policy—even though the issue wasn’t our fault. We booked again hoping for a better experience, but the next room was filthy and not livable. When I brought it to their attention, I was told I couldn’t get a refund due to a “two-hour rule” that was never explained or posted anywhere. They also kept part of my deposit. At every step, there was a new rule or excuse instead of a solution. Between the bugs, cleanliness issues, and lack of accountability, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"My wife and I brought my parents to Belton Lake to celebrate my mom's 88th birthday and this place was perfect. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean it smelled and more importantly, how clean it actually was! The main bedroom ensuite was fantastic for my folks and this house is set up really well with a ton of deck space overlooking the lake. Beautiful sunrises each morning. Nice pool and spa hot tub and comfortable furniture on the deck to relax. Kitchen had every thing we needed to cook some specials meals and grocery and convenience stores are a short drive. Rent this property with confidence!"
