「This is a cracking flat within a short walk of Dumfries town centre. From the outside, the flats don’t look too inspiring, but it’s clearly been renovated recently and it’s been done really nicely. The two rooms are pretty much identical doubles, and the living room/kitchen is a good size. Nice views of the river from most rooms, and a lovely small balcony coming off the main living area. Would definitely come back if in the area.」

「We had a lovely stay at Swallow Cottage. We had everything we needed and found the property to be comfortable and homely. We loved bird watching from the conservatory and had daily sightings of swallows, red kite and Goldfinches.
