The balcony area could of been cleaned ready for our arrival -bird poo and cob webs everywhere.
There was no mirror in the room apart from in the bathroom cabinet, therefore very difficult to dry and do my hair. Would really benefit from having a long mirror next to a plug point.

「Why is the rating so low?
Because the photos and the description do not match reality. The listing clearly states that guests have access to a BBQ (as shown on the website), but the real photos do not confirm the presence of any barbecue area. 「We stayed at Lansdowne Cottage for two nights. The location was excellent — a short walk to Bourton-on-the-Water with its riverside views, shops, and restaurants. The cottage was cozy and had helpful amenities like a washer-dryer and utensils, though some items needed washing before use. Towels were limited, and we had to reuse them during our stay.
