The Space:

This spacious 4 bedroom home located in the quiet Riverbend subdivision has ample room for 9 guests and is perfect for multiple or multi-generational families. Enjoy the hot tub with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks after a long day of adventures. All new furniture, linens, mattresses, kitchen appliances (large and small), and washer/dryer compliment this home. The first floor has 3 guest rooms. One has a queen bed, one has two twins beds, and the third has two twin beds and a trundle bed (appropriate for a child to sleep on), These three bedrooms all share a large full bathroom with a double vanity, separate bath and shower and private toilet. There is also a large foyer with doors to both side of the house and to the garage. Upstairs houses the open concept living, dining, kitchen area and has lots of natural light and great views. A small south facing deck off the dining area has a gas grill for easy barbequing. The tasteful and new furnishings, as well as the layout of the space create a warm, inviting space to spend time with your family or group of friends. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to chef up an amazing meal. The primary suite, complete w/king bed, large en suite bath, and large smart TV is adjacent to the living space. The large bathroom has a soaking tub and double a double vanity. Enjoy all that the Crested Butte area has to offer from the comfort of this wonderful vacation home. There are two brand new, large smart TV's at this property-one in the living room and one in the primary suite. There is a new washer & dryer on the second floor. The west side of the house has a very large patio with a built in firepit and outdoor seating-perfect for enjoying sunsets or starry nights.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

No events or parties allowed. This property is located in a residential neighborhood so renters must be mindful of the neighbors. All vehicles, trailers, and campers must be parked in the driveway. NO ON STREET PARKING. 4 vehicles are allowed. No smoking, of any substance, is allowed in or on the premises.

This property is not pet friendly.

Guest Access:

Check-in instructions including your keypad door code will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST.

This is a quiet local's neighborhood less than 2 miles from the town of Crested Butte.

A vehicle is recommended. AWD or 4 wheel suggested in winter months.
