「C&C Ski Factory - as they affectionately call the place - was perfect for us. Location is ideal at the base of the mountain with lots to do. The condo is the right size, well appointed, and immaculate. It made for a very nice trip for us.」

「Even when it’s warm outside (late June) both bedrooms, located downstairs, remained notably cool & quiet with a comfortable bed (we only tried the master bedroom’s) so sleeping was good! We also enjoyed having our own bathrooms - two downstairs and a half bath upstairs. While the house doesn’t offer sweeping views, you’re still surrounded by beauty and a very pleasant, walkable neighborhood.」

「This home was lovely, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen (dishes/pans/etc) for cooking, a quick drive or bus ride into Crested Butte. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed playing pickleball on the neighborhood court. The home was clean and spacious. We will definitely consider staying again!」

「The place is gorgeous with a stunning view. The rooms are large with very nice bathrooms. The decor is beautifully crafted. We were here with 4 families and 3 young kids. It was perfect for us. Short(3-5 min) drive to the downtown and a similar drive to the mountain. Great location. We plan to stay here again. 」

「One of the best properties we have stayed at while with a group. The house had everything you needed - kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Even had an air fryer! The highlight of the place is its unbelievable view from all directions - it was like being in a movie or tv show! After the afternoon storms would pass, we were treated with rainbows - a complete double rainbow! Convenient to downtown Crested Butte and several hikes. Plus, the beds were super comfy. Communication from the property...

「We had 2 families stay very comfortably in the house. The kids (5 kids ranging from 7-12) loved the game room & we all loved how close the house was to such beautiful hiking & mountain biking trails & lakes. We also loved how quiet the neighborhood was. Perfect getaway. The house was also really well stocked with all of the essentials (plenty of to, paper towels, dish & laundry soap) and pantry items. We were very happy with this home & would 100% stay here again!」

「Arrived just after check in and everything was clean and orderly. Expectations regarding our stay and check out were clear and expected. Our visit was all about checking off some mountain bike rides and hanging out afterwards. Grateful for the kitchen utensils, etc. and the propane grill. It was also nice to have some space in the garage to store our bikes. Thank you for a wonderful getaway! 」

「My family and I have rented a fair number of VRBOs over the years, and this is one of the best in recent memory. The rental itself was spacious and clean, kitchen was well-stocked with all the go-to items you need in a rental and the beds were super comfortable to boot! Easy drive into Crested Butte, but with an awesome coffee shop and brewery in short walking distance from the rental we had everything we needed nearby. Great communication with property management as well. 」
