"Beautiful property. Great (walkable) location to enjoy the city. Super breakfast. Front desk staff (Annalisa?) was exceptional! Went out of her way to help us make the absolute best use of our time. We booked this hotel specifically because it said “laundry facilities” and it was our laundry stop on a 16 day, 5 hotel stay . It should read “laundry services” as there are no facilities on site. When we asked for help,Annalisa found us a close, clean laundromat."

"Nice stay in a lovely hotel with parking, but do not pay for the breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but due to low occupancy it was changed to a la carte. We were given a paper to fill out and return to the front desk with our breakfast choices. The breakfast was terrible! The toast were hard and cold, the bacon was not even warm and the "sausage" were mini weiners out of a can. Save the money and go to a local coffee shop for breakfast if you have the choice."
