「Perfect location, place isn’t luxurious but meets all the needs. Wonderful to have a place that accepts dogs!」

「The property was clean and well furnished. There was a small mix-up with the cleaning after the prior renters checked out, but Duke quickly addressed that. We enjoyed our visit and would stay in this unit again in the future.」

「Very clean and well stocked with supplies, also pet friendly! Owners were very accommodating to a sudden change with our arrival and communicated with me quickly. It's also very close to the heart of Ouray, about a 2 min walk from the unit to main street. Thank you so much for a great stay and we'd love to come back soon! 」

「Great property and location!! Had a wonderful week in Ouray and being right by the riverwalk!!」

「Perfect location... walking distance to all of downtown. It was on the 3rd floor which may be an issue for some but made the view all that much better. Communication was great! Had snacks for us and refrigerator had all kinds of condiments and cupboards had some spices as well as other items. Definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!!」

「John was great to communicate with. The property is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The views of the mountains from the property were breathtaking and made our stay that much more special. Would definitely recommend staying here if you can!」
