This lovely 2 story condo has a spectacular view of the beautiful high mountain Lake San Cristobal. The space is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath getaway that sleeps 10 and is perfect for families or friends wanting a high mountain retreat from the heat! Each of the 2 lower-level bedrooms has a queen and a full size bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Both bathrooms are on the lower level.

The beautiful custom-made furniture throughout the space adds a cabin like atmosphere to the condo. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and equipped for all the comforts of home. Home cooked meals are a breeze here. A propane grill is also provided. From the covered deck you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the San Juan Mountains that surround Lake San Cristobal. Slumgullion Creek runs right in front of your condo allowing you to enjoy the soothing sound of running water right from your porch or at the fire pit by the river.

This condo is on the Alpine Loop making it a great place to stay if you are bringing your OHVs and planning some exciting off-road trips during your stay. You can ride out onto Cinnamon Pass directly from the condo without having to trailer your OHV to a staging area. There is ample parking for your trailers in a specified area with regular vehicle parked in front of the building. The condo is 4 miles from the remote historic mountain town of Lake City where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, parks, mini golf, a movie theater and museum.
