"Excellent venue surrounded by countryside but not far from two main towns with all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good and plentiful with both hot and cold choices. Didn’t visit the bar restaurant but the venue looked good. Highly recommended. "

"Usual Holiday Inn high standard, room was comfortable, easy access, pleasant staff and could accommodate late arrival. Good breakfast offering and attentive staff. EV charging is a real benefit but is it really necessary to penalise guests with an overnight parking charge ( not apparent when booking). Other local hotels are more competitive (no parking charge) and I will find an alternative when using Gatwick "

"Very impressed with the attitude and helpful staff at The Copthorne- it’s very difficult during COVID but Peter and Toni do their best to ensure everything available is explained fully and keep a smile on their face throughout! All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money Thank you "

"We stayed one night, the car park is free and is located behind the Crawley's High Street. The price was quite low for a well-known brand like Ramada, but the hotel looks a little bit unmaintained and the fact that we didn't had hot water at all made us not being too surprised about it."

"Booked a triple room for 3 male adults , tried giving us a double bed with a pull out bed , and he said i booked the incorrect room even though my booking confirmation states 3 adults and 3 single beds ,asked for another pull out bed or a quilt so 1 lad could sleep on the floor and they said no and if we dont like it leave , I am absolutely disgusted with the male receptionist , Worst so called hotel ever been to"
