In the district of Les Arolles 300 m from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position, 650 m from the lake, 850 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bakery 350 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Ycoor" 350 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 1.1 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.9 km, lake Grenon 650 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 1.8 km, indoor tennis centre 1.8 km, riding stable 1.4 km, skisport facilities 450 m, ski bus stop, ski school, ice rink 400 m. Nearby attractions: Casino 400 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Exit to the balcony, south facing position and east facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) with bath/WC. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESPRESSO) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Large balcony 30 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 10 (1 car), height 189 cm, width 235 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Foldable baby cot without bedlinen and without covers.

Super appartement, idéalement situé, très bien concu, propore, cosy, extrèmement lumineux, SUPERBE

L'appartement a sa pièce de vie, avec une cheminée fonctionnelle, orienté plein Sud, avec un immense balcon. Les équipements sont tous de qualité, les salles de bain très propres, fonctionnelles. Les matelas sont tous très bons, et l'appartement est équipé de nombreux placards. La séparattion jour-nuit avec porte est très utile quand tous les occupants n'ont pas les mêmes horaires. L'appartement est très proche (3 minutes) des remontées mécaniques, du centre avec commerces, restaurants, de la patinoire, du casino. Nombreuses enseignes pour location du matériel de sport aux environs immédiats. Je recommande tres vivement cette location.
