We tried checking in after 3 PM but had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room was clean enough but the rest of the building had dirty floors. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty there was a film on the water and there was hair and other debris floating around.

Getta I may have that wrong, the clerk at the desk very very helpful. The young man who also works the desk at night also very very helpful. It was a pleasure going somewhere where the customer was truly appreciated.
