"The hotel was clean and we arrived at lunchtime thinking our room would not be ready until it 4 and it was ready. Only criticism is my daughter was looking forward to the train and it wasnā€™t running. Dinner was also a disaster. We booked for 6:45 and asked could we have the kids food as soon as it was ready so it could cool down. (3 year old and a one year old) 45 minutes later mine and my husbands mains came but the kids food didnā€™t come for another 15 minutes. So difficult to keep kids distracted for that long and as a family hotel this should have been better. (Kids biggest and chips and bowl of mash with gravy doesnā€™t take an hour) Would recommend the hotel but definitely not the dinner situation."
