Enjoy the perfect coastal getaway at this spacious and family-friendly holiday home in the heart of Silverleaves, one of Phillip Island’s most peaceful and picturesque areas. Just a short walk or five-minute drive from the shops, cafes, and restaurants of Cowes, this charming retreat offers the best of both relaxation and convenience.

Step into a large backyard that’s perfect for a game of backyard cricket, with plenty of space for kids to play or adults to unwind. After a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor heated shower before gathering with friends and family in the undercover alfresco area, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting. Whether you're enjoying long summer evenings or crisp winter nights, this home offers year-round comfort and entertainment.

Inside, you’ll find a light-filled open plan living, kitchen, and dining area on the ground floor. There’s a wood fire to keep you warm in winter, along with ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and stovetop, and plenty of bench space for preparing family meals. Glass doors open onto a deck that overlooks the garden, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Downstairs also includes two comfortable bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with a bunk bed that’s ideal for children. There is a laundry with a washer and dryer, as well as a bright bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There’s also a telescope for stargazing, and a study nook with a monitor and printer if you need to check in with work during your stay. The main bathroom includes a shower over a full-sized bath. A fourth bedroom upstairs offers a tri-bunk (double bed below and single above) and its own air-conditioning.

Entertainment is well catered for, with free Wi-Fi, a variety of board games and children’s books, and an undercover table tennis table for both kids and adults. Bikes are also available for guests to explore bike-friendly Silverleaves and nearby Cowes. There’s plenty of off-street parking and secure space to park your boat within the property gates, making this an ideal choice for fishing trips or beach adventures.

This warm and welcoming home is a perfect base to explore everything Phillip Island has to offer—from the famous Penguin Parade and rugged coastal walks to family attractions and the world-renowned Grand Prix circuit.
