"This hotel had impeccable service, luxurious rooms, great amenities, and a convenient location just steps from Kyoto Station. The in-room massage was also excellent, with an incredibly cheap price. Make sure Google Maps gives you the directions for leaving from the north side of the station. It's only about 200m/yards if you exit that way (towards Nidec Kyoto Tower). If you exit from the south side of the station, it'll take you a weird way over a bridge and through alleys."

The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with professional and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent, and the cooks even made a custom soft-boiled egg on request, which was a nice touch. There are several dining options within the hotel, though they’re on the pricier side, and countless others just steps away in and around the station. A great mix of comfort, service, and unbeatable location."
