We booked a premium room with a king size bed, but what we received was a premium room with a queen size bed. When we call the front desk they blamed it on Expedia, and told us to call them. If it was more than and one night stay I would have made a bigger deal about it.

Wonderful stay - perfect for our multi-generational "girl's trip." The staff was responsive and friendly, parking was easy and convenient, neighborhood was quiet but close to lots of restaurants. I won't stay anywhere else if I'm visiting Portland.

Council Crest used to be an amusement park, and this water tower used to be a 77-foot observation tower where park-goers could gaze out at the 360-degree view of the surrounding countryside. You can't climb the water tower today

Council Crest Park is just one of the places to see in Portland, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels? Stroll along the area's riverfront or experience its entertainment choices.

This rustic set of handrails was installed on a group of switchbacks in the center of the park. The switchbacks below the handrails and those above are no more perilous than those where the handrails are installed. Just less interesting to photograph, I guess.
