「Chelley was great and communicated on a timely manner. We were able to access the house easily off the main highway. Set in Cottonwood, it is between Red Bluff and Redding...Chelley was accommodating by letting us use a cot for 1 more person...Thank you again.」

「Unfortunately this motel is right next to the highway and therefore there were many, many bugs (beetles, cockroaches, flies) both inside and outside of our room, and on the bed. Although the staff were super helpful, we looked at the various seams in the wall (inside of our room) and saw bugs coming in and out of them. So, this stay is not for the faint of heart. Also at 9:30 AM there was no “breakfast” to speak of, just a single takeout box of donuts on the counter.」

「5泊の滞在で、暖房の音が大きい、デジタル時計故障、部屋の異臭、ベッドシーツに大きな茶色いシミ、絨毯に大きな黒いシミ、メイドサービスなし(希望する時に来るとの事でした)、自動販売機故障(お金戻らず)、ベランダにタバコの吸い殻、トイレもきちんと流れず。クロゼットにハンガーなし。安いがひどかった。朝食は無料でビュッフェスタイルです。ワッフルが自分で焼けて美味しかった。隣接しているステーキレストランはお肉が大変美味しかったのでオススメですが、このホテルは2度と利用しません。 」
