「Location was brilliant. Loved our beds! But could be cleaner and lacked obvious essentials...」

The property is close to the racecourse, to the Brewery Quarter and to the university. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you Mo for your attentiveness. 」

「No complaints at all about the property it was spotless and in a perfect location. Parking was secure and well organised. Our only compliant is that we checked out over a week ago and have still not received a refund of the deposit by bank transfer as promised even though we were informed it was being paid. We stay in a lot of holiday lets with refundable deposits and have never had to use a bank transfer system before. Using a credit card guarantee is in our view far better as bank transfers...

「Looks like the listing however, the room is very dirty the washing machine is full of mold and moldy water. after leaving the room for a while you can smell the mold everywhere in the room. we booked it because it has a kitchen however the oven does not work the stove takes long time to turn on and the plates and cutlery provided was dirty room was not cleaned properly at all. it was very poor the tv aswell does not work well takes a very long time and just very old. overall good if you just...
