「EXCELLENT Hôtel avec thalasso. Le personnel d'une manière générale est très attentionné, très agréable et très professionnel. Ce qui de nos jours est fort appréciable. Le SPA et la piscine extérieure sont parfaits. Le restaurant permet de rester sur place.」

「I was shocked that there was no tissues. I had never stayed in a hotel with no tissues.. I stayed at 1st floor and I constantly hear ppl walking at 2nd floor. Enough hot water but no door so it was difficult to take a shower. Very thin towels I will never stay here again.」

「The room was basic and in fair condition but what made this a very nice stay was the friendliness and welcome I received when arriving. They even kept the kitchen open a few more minutes for me as I arrived just the dining was finishing. The meal was superb and they have a good selection of wines. The hotel site was conveniently located and reasonably well maintained. This is a recommended stay. 」

「La verdad muy bien, lo de la entrada al camping y la salida es un poco lioso. Tomando en cuenta que intentas ir de excursión a las playas y otros lugares sueles llegar tarde, aquí hasta las 22hs puedes llegar y el checkout es antes de las 10 de la mañana. Poco tiempo tienes para dejar todo recogido y maletas ya que no hay servicio de habitaciones. Lo otro, es un poco extraño que siendo un lugar con sello eco, deberían tener una forma más eficiente para separar residuos dentro de las "tiendas...

「Vue magnifique calme propre. Seul souci nos chambre etait pour les pmr et le miroir etait beaucoup trop bas pour les personnes valides. Pourquoi ne pas mettre un grand miroir qui convienne à la fois au pmr et aux valides ? Comme partout ailleurs en fait. Là il fallait se pencher pour se voir. Pas pratique ni agreable. 」

「ビアリッツの空港から最寄りのバス停まで10分程かかります。最寄りのバス停からホテルまで徒歩10分程かかります。ビーチまでは徒歩3分程ととても近いです。ビアリッツの中心地までは徒歩10分弱かかります。レストランやマルシェ、スーパーなどがあります。カウンターのスタッフさんは忙しい様子で無愛想でした。チェックイン前チェックアウト後に荷物は預かってもらえますが、荷物置き場は誰でも入室可能なため貴重品を預けることは危険だと感じました。部屋は少し古さを感じましたが許容範囲でした。冷房がついていないため暑い時期は大変かもしれません。」
