「Really beautiful secluded spot on the beach with a lovely staff, not to mention cute beach puppies! The beach was the best for swimming we encountered on our road trip, and the bird watching tower looking into the nature reserve was really cool. The bungalow with an outdoor shower was lovely. 「For a weekend getaway, it was a good experience overall. A couple of things to keep in mind though—getting to the island involves about a two-hour ride on an open boat. If the water is rough, it might not be the most enjoyable, and if the weather turns while you’re on the island, it’s unclear how flexible or reliable transportation back would be.
