"Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wirklich sehr geräumig. Man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen gut zu acht sitzen und essen Die Terrasse bietet optimalen Sonnenschutz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man i.R. benötigt. Schöne Strände und auch die Stadt sind fußläufig. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und William hat uns mit vielen Infos versorgt. Wir würden wieder kommen."

"We were a total of 10 people staying in the property. Location was great, within walking distance to the best beach in Lloret. While the house was located outside the town center (which we prefer), it is within close proximity to a grocery store and the beach also has lovely places for a meal or drinks. Xavier is such a great host. Very attentive, quick to respond, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The house setting worked very well for us, as we had the privacy of our apartments while...

"Sunny as expected - you cannot miss it during the season! Charming traditional cottage. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Well equipped- we really didn’t miss anything! The air conditioner is not working but the ventilation is quite ingenious in every room. The wifi is great - from experience this is rare! Nice pool- maintenances by a professional twice per week! Residential area so quite but don’t be surprised by neighbors willing to show you some sympathy accros the walls… One day...

"This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. Thank you Valerie and Daniel for allowing us to stay at your property."

"The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool and terras are great! Our children are a teens and because of that, the house was more on the smaller side for us. There were many ants in the house. It is a cozy house and very clean but we missed the comfort of a larger house with bigger living room, bedrooms etc…"
