Castle of Montgri

Clean room. Beds ok. Walkin shower and elevator.

First , at the check in we did not feel very welcome , then had problem taken the elevator , that are very very small , noisy and scary I must had. then the surprise of the room , not clean , full of mold in bathroom , and a very bad smell that stayed for the 2 days we were there . whats to say about the terrible bed and pillows , so bad , my dogs bed are very much more comfortable . the AC did not work properly for the 2 days , I did tell the reception , they sent someone , that told me that was the best it could work , not acceptable , specialy that the door for the Balcony , does not close properly we could see outside so when temperature is 35 degree Celsius , or 95 degree Fahrenheit, just imagine the temperature in the room . we had to ask a few times information for transportation at the reception , and not one time they were right . for the breakfast buffet , lol a complete joke , almost nothing in it , and what was on it was really not good , except for the wonderful coffee machine ., the floor not clean and sticky . and to top it all , at 5h in the morning , the noise of the people coming out of the Club( disco ) , is completely crazy , it's like if hundreds of people are on your balcony screaming . this is my review for this hotel , never go there ..
