「This beautiful hotel was one of our most surprising finds. The welcome we got from Talia was so good. There was a small issue with our reservation, but the team got everything sorted out within five minutes. The food was some of the best pub food I've had. The puddings were utterly delicious!」

「There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. 」

「そんなに広くないシンプルなお部屋でしたが、清潔感や温もりがあり、落ち着けるお部屋でした。階段での移動でしたが、スタッフの方が荷物を運んで下さったり、部屋にはお水やクッキーが添えてあり、心遣いを感じました。朝食はG階のレストランでいただきました。トーストだけじゃなく、クロワッサン等や果物（みかんがあった！）もあり、満足感ある内容でした。狭いシャワールームだけの浴室は、日本人には物足りないかも？」
