「The villa is beautiful and the location is stunning. Johnny was our contact and we did require his assistance for a couple of issues, he couldn't have been more helpful. The only slight criticism I would make is that the villa could use bit of TLC, for example the broken stone steps and the single beds could do with a more comfortable upgrade. However, these are minor issues. I would happily stay at the villa again.」

「We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. 「Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor! Quiet/not too crowded late September. Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works.」
