Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I are frequent visitors at the Courtyard. We love the convenience of it as it is just steps away from the beach. The Courtyard is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful. Who could ask for more?

Reviewer Comments: Bare minimum in the room, on site tenants rude, have to ask for additional items such as trash bags, towels and seems like an inconvenience for them, different rules and pricing for different guests.
