Tucked away in the sought-after Ocean Village community, Caney Creek Beach Club is a beautifully decorated 4-bedroom, 3-bath getaway that's made for making memories. With both sunrise and sunset views, this home offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and comfort. Just steps from the stocked fishing pond, you can cast a line in the morning and grill up your fresh catch in the evening while enjoying a game of cornhole downstairs. Inside, challenge your crew to a friendly game of ping pong in the living room, then kick back and relax in the thoughtfully furnished spaces designed for unwinding after a day in the sun. Whether you're exploring nearby shops, savoring local seafood, or cruising around in the included golf cart, Caney Creek Beach Club puts you minutes from all the best eats, treats, and beachy adventures. ***There is NO direct beach access from this home. The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile down the road.

***Please note that golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. For example, if you make a reservation for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day. Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. After your booking is confirmed, they will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.

Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE: We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up the keys. Once you have signed the rental agreement contract and sent in a copy of your DL this code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 1 day before your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax, and enjoy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
