"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Hôtel L'Échappée Vosgienne à Gérardmer. Le cadre est idéal pour se ressourcer, en pleine forêt, tout en étant à deux pas du lac. C'est aussi un endroit parfait pour les amateurs de sport, avec les montagnes au pied de l'hôtel et de nombreux parcours à découvrir. "On the confirmation letter right at the top, it said check in is from 4:00-8:00pm. We arrived shortly after 7:00 pm and the place was locked up. I tried buzzing the door and calling the number for the hotel, no one answered. This reservation was fully paid for. Way down at the end of the reservation document it said that you have to contact them at least 24 hours before your arrival. This should have been included at the top of the document where it says check in is between 4:00-8:00. We...
