「Evening meal was good quality but breakfast is basic. Make sure you have a key to access the pub after hours!」

「Excellent」

「Carl and Christine were so welcoming. The room was excellent and very clean and comfortable. BUT we ran out of toilet roll. There was fruit, cereal and toast for breakfast and tea or coffee ad lib. Parking in the grounds. We were only here for 1 night for University Open Day but I would definitely stay here again. Unpretentious and very good value. I have a hip problem and Carl let me sit in the lounge until my wife and son were ready.」

「No tea or coffee etc in rooms or any toiletries」
