「スタッフがフレンドリーで優しくて大変よかったです 」

「Great hotel in the heart of The Dalles. Close to shopping and restaurants. Walkable.」

「It was just perfect.」

「Beware of amenities fee- not disclosed at check in or check out. Got email with the fee- since not disclosed, it’s unfair to charge. The hotel staff seemed not too interested in listening to my concern. Followed up with an email about it. But hotel did not respond to my inquiry. One of bed sheets had weird stain. The carpet in the room also stained. The restaurant was closed for a couple days- nice to know that prior- so that was also disappointing. We have stayed at this hotel a few times in...

「ゆっくりすることができスタッフの対応がとても良い」

「Very beautiful hotel, clean and the restaurant was so good.」

「The waitress in the morning and lunch was very upset because an older gentle man touch her shoulder. She was screaming loudly don't ever touch me again. He was 95 years old. We were stunned. Didn't know what to do. He apologized profusely but she was in a bad mood after that.」

「Loved it. The Bed and all the pillows felt like home. Great parking for my pickup and trailer. A lot of short walks for food or shopping. Staff was great. Coffee was ready at 4am」

「The facility was clean and seems to be relatively new. Pool opened 6 to 11 so it was convenient. But fitness center was narrow. Variety of breakfast is nothing bad and coffee service for 24 hours are blessing. The bad thing is location. We need to look for a restaurant next 3 exit in I-84.」

「Nice rooms, beautiful property, and a very helpful staff!」
