WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. "The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

The smell made my wife and kids nasueas, so we had to leave the propert and rent a hotel room to stay in. "My husband and I stayed at this location over a long weekend. The townhome was very nice and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay. Very cute historic hotel walkable to many places. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Front desk staff was ver friendly. The only downside is not any parking nearby and valet is $45 a night. Also, most of our stay only one elevator was working which meant about a 20-30 min wait for an elevator or walk up 14 flights of stairs. Overall would stay again, just hope they get the elevators fixed. "
