The XL apartments are naturally bright due to the large windows ranging from ceiling to floor providing great conditions for the natural daylight, and fresh air from the natural surroundings, to fill the rooms.



With 70m2 the XL apartments provide a spacious living room and cozy bedroom suitable for short or longer stays.

The Space:

It’s the sense of staying close to nature in great architecture that gives you that daily fulfillment of life quality. Add on that the plenty of cool building amenities that makes living here fun and easy.



A TOUR OF THE PLACE

Leave your car right outside the street entrance. The XL apartments are situated both on the ground floor or 3rd floor. There’s a big elevator right by the entrance for easy access to the hallways with soundproof concrete walls leading to the apartment.



You enter into a small entrance area with space for suitcases and overcoats and a door that leads to the bathroom.



The bathroom is covered with gray tiles and designed with a Scandinavian minimalistic feel to it with everything you need from Meraki hand and body soap to hot water that never runs out.



Straight you enter the spacious and cozy bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed (180x200cm), plenty of wardrobe closets and huge windows for fresh air and light.



From the entrance area the combined kitchen and living space opens up.



The HTH design kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, full oven, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine with complimentary bio capsules and plenty of storage.



There is a dining table for four and a big comfortable couch that easily unfolds into a high quality queen size bed (160x200cm).



For late night “hygge” , turn on the children's or your own favorite show on the 50” Samsung smartTV while you can get some work done on the superfast wifi connection of 100 mbps.



The Neighborhood:

Next to the forest, the picturesque lakes along Mølleåen and Charming Kongens Lyngby (Kings Lyngby), yet only a 20 minute drive, or train ride, from central Copenhagen, this is a sweet spot for a family or business visit to our capital.



Bring your coffee and danish from the great local bakery Vinthers to one of the rooftop terraces along the 800 meter lush and super unique pathwalk built on the roof of our aesthetic building. Later on if you need to go into the city jump on the S-train,, around the corner for a 20 minute ride to Nørreport station.



If you have the day off head for the canals through the woods for a charming boat ride with “Baadfarten”. If you feel adventurous the local canoe rental is great for a family day.



Getting Around:

Coming by car is easy as the Sorgenfri exit on Lyngbymotorvejen is right by the apartments. From the airport a taxi is around 500 DKK and 30-40 minutes. 



The red S-trains stop at Sorgenfri station which is a 5 minutes walk from the apartments.

From the airport catch the Metro and get off on Nørreport station. Here switch to the red S-trains towards Hillerød or Holte. Make sure the train actually stops on Sorgenfri station as some don't stop on all stations. It takes about 45 minutes from the airport.
