The rooms were beyond anything I expected. Great views, great setup. I had a suite with a large living room, large kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Will always come back here.

Nice big clean room. The tumble drier in Tower 2, 36E, needs attention, doesn't work correctly, sometimes won't start unless you push the drum. Good breakfast variety, including cappuccino. You also have to request laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs etc.

I had a wonderful stay at The Alpha Suites in Makati, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel more like a serviced apartment than a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and having a kitchen area was a big plus, especially for longer stays. The hotel’s amenities are impressive. The gym, swimming pool, and recreational facilities are some of the best I’ve seen—perfect for both relaxation and staying active. Everything was well organized and not overly crowded, which made the experience even better. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Security was also excellent, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, with easy access to Makati’s business district, restaurants, and nearby malls. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful. Overall, The Alpha Suites is an excellent choice for couples, families, business travelers, or anyone looking for comfort and quality in Makati. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Had a great view and was well appointed. Breakfast is very good, many nationalities dishes. Very pleasant & helpful staff, esp. at breakfast. A lady named Jun I think made me coffee the way I like it in the morning without me asking her. + Looks deserted at street level, but a very nice mall 150 yds West. I was there for a month. Whatever wasn't working was fixed very quickly. Loved the international market in the basement floor. My gripes are minor. The pool was large and very clean, but no jacuzzi. $10 to use the fitness room didn't sit well, its hard enough to get motivated, lol. No bowls in the kitchen? It was a very comfortable and relaxing place.

Really loved our stay here. The staff was top notch and the room was spacious and clean. We got massages, used the pool and enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet. We used the car service on several occasions and overall, had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The best thing was the kind and very good breakfast staff. Who helped and welcomed my wife, baby and I with a warm smile each morning. Really helped my wife and baby feel at home. I have to give Maria a special mention. Each morning she made my wife and child feel most happy and enjoyed breakfast each morning with her. To help and always check on them very kindly during our family breakfast. We look very forward to staying there again next time when in Manila.

The staff were very good. The room we had was an apartment with 2 bedrooms. Toilet didn't flush properly then leaked. Not enough bath towels and no hand towels. Had to request the extra towels. Had to hair dryer which was supplied. Lights in living room would not turn off. The remote light switch batteries were probably flat. General maintenance of the room was low and the room was a little tired. Floor carpets were not clean as our bare feet got dirty while inside. Insufficient cups and terrible mixed coffee. The coffee is a bit of a standard Philippines coffee cream sugar mixture but this is not suitable for all guests. There was free water which was good. No tea option. Towels were old and stained. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Asked for an extra pillow and told they were fully booked and no spare pillows existed.
