"It was generally a comfortable stay. We arrived exhausted after a three flight red eye. The room was clean and tidy, but tiny. It was a very hot day, and the room was stifling. The front desk staff were very kind to give us a fan, and the windows did open but wouldn’t stay open so we jammed a hanger in the frame to keep them open. It helped a lot. A little problem with communication when we asked for towels as there was only a bath mat, and hand towel in the room. The staff person insisted she would give towels when we returned the dirty ones. After some gestures, she came and inspected the room and brought us 1 bath towel. We made do. Bed was very comfortable and plug in a desk height next to bed was useful too. Breakfast was boiled eggs, meats cheeses, cereal and yogurt, tea and coffee etc. I would rate the breakfast as excellent. Location was convenient to train, and grocery store near train station too. What I would change is to outfit the room for two people. An extra chair for a suitcase, more hangers, and two complete sets of towels. I think it was good value overall."

"I got what I asked for. A king bed, walk in shower and close to the elevator. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast there so can’t rate the food. Nice bar and lounge where we met our friends after we had lunch at the Christansborg Castle. You need reservations. Use Uber not the taxi at the hotel. Uber is less expensive. Staff told us that. It’s true. No bars in the shower and gloor is slippery so we used the hand towel. Didn’t get a shower although I saw them on the housekeepers cart. She also forgot the bath mat the second night. I would stay there again but will ask for a shower cap and mat. There’s a live band venue across the street and it got loud but window does help if closed but it did get hot in the room so I had to open the window. Band eventually did stop performing."

10/10 Excellent

"Rooms have ample space with comfy beds. Bathroom is a good size. Breakfast is great with hot and cold options. Excellent location, there’s easy access to the airport via M4/M2 lines which is located about 400m away. There’s a food hall located at the mall next door with different cuisines."
