「The hotel looks amazing and the communal areas are beautiful. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and all the food we had at the hotel was wonderful. However we were disappointed with the room. Supposedly a Deluxe room, there was very little luxury. Bare minimum of toiletries and tea and coffee. No homely or luxurious touches. No where to hang wet towels etc. Think less first class cabin and more boiler room grunge. To be frank we could have been in a Premier Inn. The hotel is situated...

「Room was simple,clean, and comfortable No AC which is the norm in Ireland, but a fan was in room. We had room 7, which had an attached bathroom. Came with a complimentary breakfast. Rooms were on second floor, luggage needs carried up a staircase. Parking was directly out front, easy access.」
