「Toilet in room not clean when we checked in, advised reception and went to spa. Came back 2 hours later and still not cleaned, my partner went back to reception then had to show receptionist the mess left in the toilet, she said had checked and hadn’t seen anything wrong so just left it the first time.. couple hairs on the bedding, but after trying to sort the toilet never bothered to say anything. spa showers not very clean, clumps of hair. Restaurant had no menus, had to wait about 10 mins...

「We loved our stay at White O Morn cottage. It was cozy and comfortable. The owner has curated a vast collection of charming, witty, playful and musical items that we enjoyed. The working fireplace was a delight on a rainy morning. The owner was very responsive for a minor adjustment. We were able to park on the street. The cottage is proximal to walkable Conwy. We would recommend this lovely cottage to others and would definitely book again.」

「Beautiful views over the bay towards the castle. The beds were very comfortable and a convenient jumping off point for other visiting other locations. The Castleview restaurant right beside was a great place for dinner and very friendly」

「In need of complete renovation carpets were stained, kitchen floor tiles were very cracked and a hazard, top oven not working and cooker rusty utensils and kitchen pans were in need of cleaning. Curtains were mouldy with black mould. Overall very disappointing.」

「Fab cottage right in the heart of the town, literally yards from the main street and the harbour. Cottage very cosy with every amenity needed. Bedroom and bathroom outstanding. Parking on street free and unrestricted, no resident parking permits so park wherever you find a space, many properties have do not park sign in windows these are not valid. Parking is a bit tight though. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.」

「Lovely property with smart fixtures and fittings. Plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment. Good size bathroom but only one toilet. Quiet when we were there but one of the bedrooms had a window close to the games rooms so might be noisy early on (also staff congregate there first thing but no big deal). Really enjoyed our stay in a great spots room 」
