Maybe because it is an old building,
- room key is very old-fashioned that i did not know that kind of key still exists.
- thin wall tells you when there is other customer next door
- quantity and location of outlet is very limited. There was only 1 usable outlet by the desk.
(The one on bed-side did not work.
There was one by the room-door but not able to use it unless you have a long cable)
While hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was also good, i did not feel like it's a 4-star but a 3-star hotel...

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, es gab eine grosse Auswahl. Nur das Bett fanden wir nicht bequem.
