The premier Hotel Cape Town is a very nice business hotel. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We initially had a room in the back building, but we’re able to move to the front building, which was much nicer and renovated. The breakfast was very good. The hotel in general could use some updating.

My wife and I opted to stay at an Island Club for the Christmas period, however, due to it usual regular hotel (Marriot) being fully booked, we opted for Island Club.
Unfortunately I must express that whilst the staff were friendly, the rooms were never cleaned to hotel standard, the breakfast area is extremely poor and lack space. There is also no restroom facility in the buffet area, so guests are forced to go up to their rooms if they require that.
Lastly the maintenance of our room was very poor.
