「A beautiful property! Nice stay and was conveniently located to explore Durham!」

「Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on.」

「Brilliant communication from the host. Immaculate house in a quiet residential street. Had a driveway which fit our two cars comfortably. The house itself was beautiful. Stunning decor and attention to detail. Modern appliances and everything you need. Beds were super comfy with soft linen. The location was great as shops and retail park just a few minutes drive away, Durham was approx ten mins by car. The welcome booklet was so detailed it helped us lots. Would absolutely come stay here again,...

「Close to some shops. Ten to fifteen minute drive to Durham park and Ride that cost £2.20 each return. The house was clean and equipped with all we required. Communication with host was excellent. Parking was not always outside house as allocated due to other neighbours abusing parking. difficult at times d」

「This is my third time staying at Ionut's house, the house is big and with enough space to relax, the garden is our favorite place, We love that the garden adjoins the park, we could see many squirrels playing and as always Ionut is an amazing host and very easy communication .」
