What really wins for this place is the location, a few minutes walk to Grand Anse & 10 mins drive to BBC beach which is great. "The property is spacious and clean. All bedding and towels are freshly laundered. It also has a large fridge freezer and washing machine which added to our comfort. The beach is very near along with local bars. The area is quiet and requires a car. We would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay again."

"Kaibus Place met all of the needs for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids 7-17 years of age)! The apartment (3 bed /2 bath) provided more than enough sleeping space and entertainment space so that we all could find comfort in spending time together or alone. "The Bay House completely lived up to my expectations from the day we arrived to the day we left! Great kitchen staff/excellent chefs, hospitable reception staff and they were very accommodating especially when i asked them if they provided a laundry service, they also lent me an iron to iron my tops when needed, friendly housekeeping staff came every other day to ensure our room was clean and tidy. My only issue were the constant presence of ants in the room and i observed that the pool wasn't cleaned everyday as it should be, considering people used it daily. Overall an excellent experience for my first trip to Grenada "
