「The staff were so friendly - whenever you walked by the front desk they were always upbeat and chatty. Even the housekeeping staff when you saw them in the hallways would engage with you. Primary reason why I would stay here again. The location is excellent if you’re here in business. Not a far uber to the train station. 」
「This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. We weren’t even mad they were doing work on the windows while we were there. Parliament Hill is a stone throw away and a beautiful walk. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed that you could stream from your own service accounts on the tv. Room service was really nice too, the menu was great and came to our room very promptly. Highly recommend 」
「I stayed five days to visit and work at the national library (LAC) in Wellington st.,15 minutes to walk from the hotel (no buses), this wasn't problem for me, as there's no reasonable hotel around it. For visitors like me, it's almost the best place to stay, I can say : large living room, kitchen, bathroom, communicative staff, laundry, swimming pool, etc. Many shops around to support the relatively long-term visitors.
