Had a great short stay here! The guest house is in a fantastic, safe neighborhood close to great spots like Bank Street and the Museum of Nature. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff was nice. Plus, free parking and free Wi-Fi in the heart of the city can't be beaten. It’s straightforward and simple, but excellent value for your money. Would stay again for a quick weekend trip.

The room was clean and adequate for my needs. What would have been nice is a cup in the bathroom, a face cloth and a bathmat. Getting out of the shower onto a tile floor is dangerous with wet feet. The bed was comfortable enough but it squeaked loudly every time I moved and the pillows were rock hard. This is an older house that has been converted into several bed/bath units which resulted in some odd configurations and maintenance issues. There was a rod above the toilet, probably from an old closet. The electrical outlet by the toilet was recessed and not covered, exposing electrical wires. There was also a piece of ¼" plywood partially screwed to the wall between the bed and the bathroom, not sure what it was covering. Like I said it was adequate for my needs, two night stay close to TD Place, but I wouldn't stay there if I was in town longer than that.

We were able to walk to 7 museums from our location. Parking was a little like musical chairs but we usually won. It was a little cramped but I shouldn't complain because the bed was huge...Staff was helpful but sometimes a phone call was necessary.
