"The house was great. Had three families there for a week and there was room for more. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful location on the tropic of cancer beach. Homeowners were more than accommodating and quickly resolved a couple minor issues. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10. "

"A wonderful home. This house is well equip with everything you need to have a fantastic worry free vacation. Lots of spices in the cabinets. Bottled water system is a nice touch! Coffee pods or coffee pot whatever you prefer and a grinder! The large open doors let you watch the action in the heated pool while making dinner. They had beach toys, pool toys, coolers, wagons, life jackets, this house has it all. Each bathroom had Aveda products to use! what a luxury! The bedding is crisp white bedding the perfect landing spot after beach hopping your day away. Each bed had fluffy and flatter options for your pillow preference. There was a power outage once while we were there but the generator popped on and kept our vacation going smoothly. The most beautiful beach youve ever seen is less than a two min walk away. At the end of the street is a tiny restaurant serving frozen drinks,beers, and quick bites of food. The location was prefect for us. Close to different beaches, small restaurants, quick shops. Rented a van with the house was quick and easy! We will be back. "

"We had an incredible stay at Shades of Blue and are already looking forward to returning! We traveled with three families, and the home felt spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids, and we absolutely loved the beautiful stretch of beach just steps away. On calm days, we were able to kayak right from the property.The location was ideal being just 15–20 minutes from Georgetown and also close to many stunning beaches. Stephanie was wonderful to work with and made everything seamless from start to finish.Thank you, thank you for such a memorable and fun vacation!"

"Our host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Excellent communication if we had questions. At the beach, we had several conversations about how jealous others were that we were staying at The Osprey. Absolutely beautiful views and great location. We took the kayaks out and toured turtle island. I can’t speak more highly of the host and house. If you’re destination is paradise, it doesn’t get better than this."

"My husband and I wanted to escape somewhere warm and somewhat remote and this home was the perfect spot! An easy drive from the airport with a convenient midway stop for groceries. Suma Sands was very warm and welcoming when we arrived. Everything was clean and neat but also seemed homey like this was an actual home away from home. The pool, deck and proximity to the beach is ideal and the views are breathtaking. We had a bit of windy, chilly weather the first couple of days but we relaxed on the cozy sectional and read books or napped. The kitchen is very user friendly and has everything you need for creating delicious meals or just snacking and relaxing at the bar. We definitely plan to come back and take advantage of the chef services and other excursion offerings but this time was just for rest and downtime. Thanks to Judy and her staff for doing a great job. "What a fantastic week we had at CH Villa. Stayed last year at a smaller location just two houses away, so knew the area well. Needed a bigger place this year as we had a larger group. CH Villa could not have been better for us.Obviously, the location and beach are amazing. The house is comfortable and clean, and everything worked perfectly for us. Sport court in the front for after dinner activity was a big hit.Facing the beach, between the pool and the assorted sitting areas, there are so many different areas to gather---our group of 12 always felt like you had your own private resort.Rodman is a pleasure to deal with--super responsive and very accommodating.Would we go back? we are!"

"Our stay was magical. This house is more beautiful and perfect than the pictures even convey. The beach is beautiful and very swimmable. We spent time in the kayaks, sat with our toes in the sand, and sipped cocktails while listening to the waves. One of our favorite aspects of this house was all of the different gathering areas. We had our coffee and mimosas under the covered patio in the mornings, staring out at the ocean. The afternoons were spent in the pool and ocean. And finally, we all would gather at the end of the day in the gazebo overlooking the ocean for a glass of wine and conversation. The hot tub is a wonderful bonus! The kitchen is well-stocked and very very accommodating for the meals we prepared each night. We played games around the dining table at night and cozied up on the living room couches to read or have screen time throughout the day. We can’t say enough good things about this house. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind. A few things to be aware about: the no see-ums are for real! But, the bug spray solves that problem. The property is pretty remote, but easily accessible, and is walking distance to the Tropic of Cancer beach and a lovely little beach bar/restaurant called Brea’s Delight (go there!!! We went twice). All in all, we have zero complaints and would stay here again. It was a perfect week spent making memories. "
