"We had a fantastic stay in Exuma! Everything was exactly as described, and the property had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kayaks were a great bonus, and we loved being able to enjoy the water right from the property.Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. We also loved meeting the two sweet dogs on the property!We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and hope to return someday. Highly recommend!"

"Charlie is the best! House was clean and well-appointed. Beautiful view of the bay…spotted dolphins and turtles! Lots to explore nearby and Charlie attends to your needs! Even filled our tire with air before we left for the airport. Perfect spot for bonefishing with Charlie’s bother - Drex Rolle, who puts his boat in right there!"

"You have to see the gorgeous view to appreciate it. Property as advertised. It is a part of Blu restaurant, which is steps out the back door and excellent. A few mile car ride to center of Georgetown. Definitely would stay here again."

"The house and property are amazing with a few minor issues that with the price of the house shouldn’t have been there. A few bedroom doorknobs falling off, the AC units were difficult to control and locked with a code we had to request mid week, and the dish washer broke. There is also advertised water and ice maker in the fridge but the water was turned off to the fridge so it didn’t work. They pushed back on delivering ice but ultimately agreed. These are small things that did not hurt the overall property but given the price, they should be fixed. The location was great for snorkeling, kayaking, and the pool was amazing. We ended up not using the dock as the boat rental we talked to said it wasn’t suitable for keeping a boat overnight. Overall it was an amazing experience and the island is worth exploring. "

"I was told visiting this house would be like living in a screensaver...they were right. This place is magical. From the lazy river sand bar to the rocking chairs on the patio watching the turtles swim by, it was the most magical vacation we have had. I didn't know this beauty existed. If you want the perfect place to escape and see the most amazing place in a stunning home this is it. Somehow the owners managed to design a home where every bedroom and every window in the living areas all look at the ocean. Cannot say enough about the beauty of this home and location. I want to move here! We will be back."
