This is our second time at this property which is clean and conveniently located to everything you might need while visiting your soldier. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The house is spacious and the surprise bonus room has games, and a sitting area. Beds are comfortable, large kitchen, nice floor plan flows well. Host was very nice and accommodating. Planning to come back in April

Such a clean and convenient stay

The house was perfect for our weekend away to Celebrate our Soldier. Everything there. We didn’t need to go get anything except food/snacks/ drinks! The house was very clean!

My family stayed here for four nights for an early Thanksgiving celebration with my husband’s family. The house was clean and comfortable. Terence was very friendly and provided me everything I needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood! It’s an older house in an older neighborhood, but inside is super cute and very clean. It had plenty of beds for my family of five. Conveniently located - everything we wanted to do was within a 15-minute drive. Neighborhood is super quiet - I’m not even sure we saw a car drive by. Like most older homes, there aren’t a ton of outlets, so maybe bring a couple power strips if you need to plug in lots of chargers like we do! Terence was super responsive to any questions that came up. It was a great stay!

Exceptional all Around!!!!!!

We drove from Texas to Georgia for our son’s turning green ceremony. Terrence and his wife were absolutely incredible host.. the communication from the day I booked it till the day we left was exceptional. we only had five in our party, but there was plenty of room, nice quiet area and centrally to everything around.. would definitely stay here again, but in August, we have a lot more people coming so we went with a bigger house. I highly recommend this property..

Wonderful Stay

Our son is in training at Fort Benning, we stayed here for a visit with him. They home is nicely decorated and comfortable, and in a nice older neighborhood where we enjoyed walking and speaking with others out walking their dogs. Terrance was great to work with as well. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Great little house for 5

My grandson attended Basics at Fort Moore, his parents, girlfriend , and grandparents (us) enjoyed having a place we could cook, play games, and visit. The house was comfortable and owners very helpful from restaurant recommendations to adding an extra day to the front of our trip.

Going Blue

Needed a place close to Ft Moore to attend my Grandson's going Blue graduation. The location was a short drive to the base. The home was clean, comfortable and accommodating. Terence stayed in close communication to ensure check-in went smoothly and was available if we needed anything during our 2 night stay. I would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Stay

The house was perfect for our trip, we came to Georgia for a turning green graduation. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, no issues at all. Checking in was breeze, it’s very hot in Georgia and the house cooled down in no time. Nice quiet little backyard and chairs to sit in the front. We had a wonderful stay, thank you so much for hosting us!

Family atmosphere!

Six of us travelled to Columbus for our grandson’s AIT graduation. We did most of our own cooking and found the kitchen to be very roomy and equipped. There are multiple areas for eating and relaxing, including a great front patio area. Plenty of linens, paper goods, laundry and a stocked coffee bar. Our host was very gracious and responded to our questions quickly. Thank you Terence!

Excellent place to transition to military families

We received orders to Fort Moore and were looking for something with a kitchen and washer/dryer for our transition. This property fit the bill and is priced reasonably within the per diem/lodging rates. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for meals, there was plenty of room for all of us, and the home was comfortably well-appointed. Terrence was very attentive and responsive to our needs. We appreciate the warm welcome to Columbus.

Great rental

We traveled to Columbus for my son’s infantry graduation. The house is centrally located to base, uptown and downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Between hotels and vacation rentals this is by far the cleanest accommodation I have ever rented. If you have any questions or concerns the owner gets right back with you. Never a wait. He offers recommendations on dinning that are spot on. We tried two if his favorites and they are now ours as well. We would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Everything was great. No dislikes. The host was very courteous and kind. We had everything we needed and the grocery store was a couple of minutes away. The home was cozy and very clean. Comfortable beds with plenty of space. We truly felt like we were home. We spent quite some time outside enjoying the fresh air and beautiful weather. I highly recommend this home.
