This newly remodeled retro apartment, originally built in 1865, features a fully stocked kitchen, queen bed with linens, tile shower, washer/dryer, two 50 inch televisions with Netflix, and Wi-Fi.

This beautiful historic home has been newly remodeled with all the finest comforts of home. This is the best location available to rent in Columbus, only steps from everything. Next to Irwin Gardens and 5 architectural monuments. A photographer's dream.
Safe and quiet.

This one bedroom is apartment A. It has its own private off street parking and private entrance. The parking and entrance are located off Pearl St on the North side of the home.
We have Free bicycles for your use when available. Please just message me for more info.

My family and I live in the home and are happy to answer any questions about the home, give recommendations, or provide directions. Please let us provide you with the most comfortable accommodations. And if you prefer peace and quiet, please just enjoy.

You will not notice the neighbors. The white home next door is where my extended family lives. Very safe area.

We have off street parking. You may walk to everything. There is a bus stop near by if you choose to venture out of downtown.
We have Free bicycles for your use when available. Please just message me for more info.

We provide beautiful historic homes within walking/ biking distance to downtown Columbus & Irwin Gardens.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property and in Columbus, Indiana. The property is a short walk from the restaurants and is in a great part of town and a short drive to Brown County State Park. I would recommend this property and would stay there if I travel to Columbus again.

We had a great stay. Everything was just as described. You can walk to all the downtown shops from here. We would definitely repeat lodging here if we come back to the area.

Perfect Place

If you want to walk to downtown to enjoy all that Columbus has to offer, this is the apartment for you. Nestled within a safe area of churches and local community you will be just a few short blocks from restaurants, shopping and coffee! Don’t forget to visit Le Fernandez while in town for the best cappuccino and breakfast around.
