「It began by not knowing how to get in because the door was tricky and there was a special method in order for the passcode to work. I had to get the resident downstairs to show me how that worked. Next, the thermostat was set at a certain temperature and kept resetting to that temperature which was very uncomfortable. Thirdly, the Wi-Fi code did not work we weren’t sent the correct code.
